I lost 30 pounds this time last year in 2019, that’s a lot of weight and hard work. I couldn’t wait to be done with the program so I could eat bad food again. I’m from the Southwest chips & salsa were calling my name! After a roller coaster of weight gains and losses I made it to November. The gym was my second home, I gained muscle and still ate semi-healthy.
